So many studies which revealed that the cigarettes do not have benefits and tend to damage the organs. Recently researchers from The Queen's Medical Research Institute in Edinburgh, UK, get the latest facts about the effects of smoking for children's development and the fetus. In that study, the researchers studied thousands of teenage boys with a history of maternal smoking and nonsmoking mothers.
The study focuses the relationship between sperm quality in young men with the lifestyle of the mother. The teens are asked to donate their sperm to be studied, and taken seritolinya. Seritoli are cells that play an important role in the formation and maturation of male sperm.

Lead researcher Prof. Richard Sharpe, the research showed that sperm teenagers who had mothers with a history of smoking before, during, and after pregnancy, contain toxins that damage their DNA. Damage to DNA, particularly seritoli, according to Professor Sharpe has happened since in the womb. In addition to the influence of smoking, the researchers also found something similar, that is a mother with a history of obesity also can reduce sperm quality child in the womb.

"This study has shown, the effect of a lifestyle that no good can lead to spermatogenesis in adulthood reduced quality. This affects the capacity to produce sperm in adulthood," explained Prof. Sharpe.
