Apparently, there is a relation between the level of stress with the number of male babies. Research conducted in the United States showed that fewer boys are born after the WTC tragedy, September 11, 2001.
Researchers speculate because naturally, the male fetus reacts more strongly than female fetuses to stress hormones released by the mother. Although to be proved, alleged sensitivity of male fetuses has something to do with natural selection.
