WHAT IS THE BODY HEAT FEVER OR
When you feel unwell, then the first thing that often is if you value your body heat or fever. Although the actual heat itself is not a disease itself, the heat is usually a sign that something is happening in your body.
And the actual heat itself is not necessarily bad. Heat plays a role in helping the body to fight viral or bacterial attack. So hot is the response of the body to fight infections that enter the body.
HOW NORMAL HUMAN BODY TEMPERATURE
Human body temperature is set by the thermostat in the brain system that helps the body temperature of 36.5C and 37.5C constant between.
Normal human body temperature will vary in a day. Such as sleep, then our body temperature will be lower than when we are awake or in the activity.
